Project
Phase II of the FACC project, namely the expansion of the production space of the factory for the production of high-tech components for cabin interiors and aircraft parts in Jakovlje, near Zagreb, has been completed. FACC is a leading aerospace company and an established partner of the global aerospace industry.

Scope of Services
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. was responsible for all works in 4 large paint shops with dryers, electrical and mechanical installations (electricity, water, air, steam), automatic painting lines and heat chambers for curing glue and putty, as well as installations for paint mixing chambers, works on the steam humidification system, air conditioning of the space and technological process, heating and cooling systems and much more. Installation works were carried out for heating, water supply, sewage and hydrants, ventilation, cooling, fire protection, electrical works and MSR.LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. installed a steam system on the facility that is used for humidification in the technological process and for humidifying the space. For steam generation, 3 boilers are used (total thermal output 1200 kW, individual output 400 kW), each with a steam production capacity of 560 kg/h, a total of 1680 kg/h. The system capacity is 2160 kg/h, the steam pressure in the system is 3 bar.

Highlights
We are particularly pleased that by expanding this project, we have participated in raising Croatia on the international aviation industry list and that we have provided new jobs to the residents of Jakovlje and surrounding towns.
