Iron Mountain is a leading global leader in information and document storage and management services. Iron Mountain’s network includes more than 1.400 facilities in more than 50 countries dedicated to protecting and preserving its clients ’documents. In 2018. it entered the Croatian market by purchasing the company Arhiv Trezor, a provider of services for document management, safe destruction and safe transport.

In May LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. contracted the execution of lighting on the reconstruction of the existing bridge Sv. Ivan, and pedestrian paths with a new pedestrian bridge over the river Korana (“Promenade of Rastoke”). The value of the contract is approx. 1.000.000,00 kn.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. is with partner Brux gradnja d.o.o. completed works in the retail park of the Supernova Požega shopping center. As part of the works, C&A, New Yorker, Deichmann, Sport Vision, Kik and Tedi were performed.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. is contracted with the company LESNINA H. d. o. o. for the reconstruction of the Lesnina warehouse in the economic zone of the settlement Kukuljanovo in Rijeka. The reconstruction is to change the purpose of the south hall from sales to a warehouse, and the formation of access ramps for cargo vehicles.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. continues intensively with the works on the construction of the facilities for the hotel at West Gate in Split. A reminder that West Gate is the tallest building in Croatia and the most beautiful business center in Europe. Work on the glass facade for the towers is nearing completion.

Work has begun on the construction of the MX4D Cineplexx auditorium in the Millennium Shopping Center in Vienna.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. continues its cooperation with Supernova shopping mall with the construction of the stores C A, Tedi, New yorker and Deichmann, within the Supernova Pozega retail park.

Cineplexx in Prizren, Kosovo was opened on 14.11.2019. Cineplexx has 5 cinema halls with a total of 800 seats and the Cineplexx is located in the TC Galeria Shopping Mall.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. started cooperation with the Supernova Shopping Center for the construction of the C A and TEDi units in the Supernova Sisak East retail park.

The civil initiative „Collective planting days in Croatia 25th of October – 29 th of October 2019“ were introduced with the idea that everybody can enhance his environment and help to reduce the damage of climate change.

Further cooperation between LSG and the Cineplexx Group in Austria on the reconstruction of the Wiener Neustadt and Auhof Cineplexx continues.

Six newly built villas with apartment units welcomed their first guests, which was the last phase in handover the property to the investor successfully and on time. LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. and partner company Elektro Dan d.o.o. performed complete electrical installations of high and low electricity, in all villas together with the infrastructure of all connections from the substation to the apartment units themselves.

On day 1st of July year 2019, luxury camp Borik was open with 369 placement units of which 269 for trailer vehicles, 87 mobile houses and 13 glamping units. In addition to camping, the camp offers wellness spa center with saunas, treatment rooms, a la carte restaurant with sea view, pine forests, sand-gravel beach etc. Luxury five-star camp Falkensteiner Premium Camping Zadar will be open throughout the whole year.

As of October works will commence in the Prizren, Kosovo of the Cineplexx cinema, where movie lovers be shown the latest movies in high-tech, “Real D 3D” and sound “DolbyAtmos”.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. is with partner Elektro Dan d.o.o. contracted the project “RECONSTRUCTION OF THE TOURIST RESIDENT OF THE STANCIJA MENEGHETTI – BUILDING OF THE VILLA” in the part of the electrical installation works of strong and weak current.

A turnkey contract was signed with company Westgate Tower d.o.o. in Split for a hotel building and accompanying content. It is also the tallest building in Croatia, the most beautiful business center in Europe by the International Property Awards jury, and the International Property Award is in the real estate sector what is the Oskar in the film industry.

After excellent cooperation at the localities in Zagreb and Split, we continued our cooperation with the world-renowned HM brand in Pula, within the shopping center Max Stoja.

Collaboration with the Cineplexx group continues with the cinema Thessaloniki in Greece and Tirana, Albania.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has contracted the performance of KFC in Zadar and as main contractor. The contract is worth around 3.5 million kuna and the deadline is relatively short, three months. The works started in July and the planned completion of the works is in October 2018.

The favorable geographic position of Croatia and our company’s policy to encourage the production of electricity from renewable sources, our interest is also growing for the construction of photovoltaic power plants in Croatia. LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has carried out fewer photovoltaic projects in several locations in Croatia.

Works on outdoor sports grounds were completed on 19.7.2018 and were made available to guests of HOTELS and RESIDENCES PUNTA SKALA.

Works on the reconstruction of Lesnina in Sesvete were completed and from 28.06.2018. Lesnina is open to visitors. As part of the contracted works of reconstruction, there was Mömax which was opened on 13.06.2018.

Works on the reconstruction of electrical and mechanical installations have been completed with 146 rooms, reception, bar, lobby and restaurant at Hotel Funimation in Zadar.

On Thursday, 5.April, 2018. the ninth sales center Lesnina XXXL opened in Pula.

Project description.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has completed contracted works for the execution of electric and mechanical installations for the reconstruction of the existing ERSTE BANK branch office at Zagreb Velesajam.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. with Lindner, contracted the execution of electrical and mechanical installations for the reconstruction of the existing branch office in Masarykova Street. Investor of this project is ERSTE AND STEIERMARKISCHE BANK from Rijeka.

Cineplexx in Parndorf, Austria was opened on15.03.2018.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. contracted with LESNINA H. d. o. o. the reconstruction of Lesnine in Sesvete and Mömax.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. with Lindner contracted the execution of electric and mechanical installations for the reconstruction of the existing branch office at Zagreb Velesajam.

The company Investor Borik d.d. from Zadar engaged LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. for the reconstruction of electric and mechanical installations of 146 rooms in the Hotel Funimation.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. completed by the end of December 2017 the industrial plant after 5 months of work and from early January 2018, the customer moved production from the old location to Derventa and started manufacturing in mid-January 2018.

Reconstruction of Cineplexx at the shopping center CCO Split is finished and the cinema is open in record time.

Works have been contracted for the reconstruction of Cineplexx, in the existing City Center one Split shopping center.

Within the Cineplexx Villach building at Maria-Gailer-Straße 39, in its peculiar and American style of Herley Davidson lovers, the Clocktower restaurant is located.

Collaboration between Cineplexx and LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. mutual satisfaction continues with a new contract for Cineplexx Parndorf. Soon after the opening of Cineplexx in Villach, continues work at Cineplexx in Parndorf, Austria.

Contracted works on performing complete installation technique with the Projektgradnja d.o.o. for Hostel. Facilities are completed and the Hostel is open.

Work has been completed in August for the reconstruction of the existing building and the extension of the new depadance at Hotel Berulia in Brela.

In order to provide the customers with an even bigger offer, City Center One Split has expanded the existing center, which houses the IKEA Delivery Center of the well-known IKEA department and Carpet Center.

After several months of work 31.08.2017 Cineplexx Villach is open. On 3000 m2 there are 6 auditoriums with a total capacity of 1,300 places.

In line with our quality policy, constant development and the pursuit of new standards and norms, LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. carried out recertification in June 2017 according to norms ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 and new certificates were obtained.

On Thursday the 29.06.2017 the foundation stone was placed for the production factory Anton Paar in Sijekovac in the municipality of Brod, BiH.

Contract is signed for the complete technical installation with the company Projektgradnja d.o.o. for a Hostel Zadvarje.

Shortly after the opening of Cineplexx Big Cinema in Belgrade, works on the reconstruction of the Cineplexx in Villach, Austria have also contracted.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has signed a contract with LESNINA H. d.o.o. for the electrical and mechanical installations works, on the Lesnina Pula project.

LSG Building Solutions in Croatia has been contracted by Shape Tec a subsidiary of the highly successful Austrian company ANTON PAAR in Graz, as the main contractor for the production plant in Sijekovac, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We are contracted as a subcontractor by the Tehnika d.d. (Main contractor) to execute the mechanical installations, water supply and drainage in the hotel Berulia, Brela for 154 accommodation units, of which 150 are guest rooms and 4 apartments.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has been contracted by Psunj leather factory d.d. for the reconstruction and extension of the pipeline in the production plant Rešetari. The investment value is about 2 million kuna.

In accordance with our policy for developing projects using energy from renewable sources, LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has installed on the roof of our office building a set photovoltaic panels for their own consumption of electricity as well as a small contribution to the preservation of our green planet.

Making the buying experience for visitors more enjoyable, in City Center One East and West in Zagreb, were opened two new Food Court’s!

On 23.07.2015. LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. were also awarded certificates for systems EN ISO 14001: 2004 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007.

To maintain its leading position in the field of shopping centres, in existing the shopping centres City Centre One West and East in Zagreb, two new food courts will be constructed.

Hotel Liburna on Korčula opens its doors for guests before the beginning of the tourist season in the beautiful newly restored hotel. LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. duly completed and delivered hotel Liburna with all the completed contracted works to HTP Korčula d.d.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has contracted the reconstruction of part of the shopping center CCO in Split – Foodcourt. The contract is worth about 0,5 million euros and the deadline for completion is very short, only two months.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has completed the contracted work on the building MOMAX Ljubljana. VIP opening of the facility is planned for April, 2015.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. signed the “turnkey” contract for the execution of construction and craft works, electrical installations as well as water and sewerage works in hotel Liburna on Korcula with a total of 112 rooms. The contract was signed with the company HTP Korcula dd and is worth approximately 10.5 million kuna.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. Branch A, headquartered in Brežice has signed a contract for the expansion and renovation of MOMAX Ljubljana. The contract is worth around one million euros and the deadline for the renovation is four months. We are pleased that we have recently gained the trust of our client XXXLutz KG justifying thus “buy a ticket” for another project in Slovenia.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has completed all the contracted work and submitted the technical documentation for the object XXXLutz Lesnina in Zadar. The VIP opening of the facility took place on Wednesday the 26th of November 18:00 pm, the grand opening for the visitors will be held on 4th of December 2014.

10.03.2014. we have legally arrived on the soil of Montenegro with the registration of our subsidiary LSG Building Solutions d.o.o., Herceg Novi. Thus, we open the door to new challenges in another country in Eastern Europe!

The company Amnis Energija d.o.o. a member of the LSG Group GmbH, which developed the photovoltaic power plant Barban, was registered in February 2014.with HERA Agency in the register of licenses and is granted permission for an generating electrical energy.

After lengthy administrative procedures the photovoltaic power plant Barban is in operation and connected to the HEP network on the 13.01.2014. thus illuminating part of Istria!

With the confidence gained in preceding projects in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Macedonia was once again confirmed by the Cineplexx group with the order and execution of the complete electrical outfitting of seven cinemas in shopping center T.E.G. – Tirana, Albania. Recently there was the grand opening of Cineplexx in Tirana.

After Split, Zagreb, Osijek, Kragujevac, Skopje and Tirana, LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. continued with its competence in the cinema field in Slovenia as a contractor for the Austrian group Cineplexx.

After the first premises in Zagreb, Company Pianoforte Croatia d.o.o. recognized the reliability and quality of the company LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. and has continued our cooperation engaging us to continue the work in all its shops locations: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Zadar, Rovinj and Sv. Križ Začretje.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. started as a EPC contractor with the preparation for the construction of the PV-Plant in Barban. The planned overall capacity is 1 MW, of which 570 kilowatts be realized in the first phase and 430 kilowatts in the second phase.

The grand opening of the new City Colosseum Shopping Centre was held on April 11, 2013 to the pleasure of all the citizens of Slavonski Brod.

LSG Building Solutions DOOEL Skopje in cooperation with LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. Zagreb and the LSG Group GmbH Vienna won the international tender for the erection of the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Macedonia, in Skopje and signed on 16th April the EPC-contract.

LJG has been engaged with the entire M&E services in the shopping center Colosseum in Slavonski Brod. The main civil works are currently in final phase and already in fall the Centre should open his gates.

Finally, the third centre of the success brand „City Center One“ goes in operation. With an overwhelming opening ceremony and an unbelievable public rush Prof. Wolfgang Kaufmann with partners opens his third centre in Croatia. City Center One is thus the unassailable number 1 in the retail sector of Croatia.

Sportina, one of the leading enterprises of the Croatian textile business, brought the British Luxury Brand Burberry into the Kaptol Center in Zagreb. Within the same center Sportina opened also a shop with the designer brand Armani Jeans. LJG was contractor for the entire building services.

Since 10.11.2011 Rijeka has changed, because KIKA opend in Škurinje his new location. LJG was general contractor for the complete reconstruction and building services.

The long-year cooperation with one of the most known fashion brand in Europe is being continued. After Review and McNeil in Zagreb Jankomir, as well as P&C in West Gate, LJG was contracted to construct the location in Split as the main contractor.

After Split, LJG, is building, as the main contractor, also the Zagreb location for the Austrian Cineplexx Group. In total 7 theatres were furnished with state-of-the-art projection technology. The already standing, roughly built City Center One in Zagreb – Žitnjak was selected as the location, which shall therefore surely belong to the top locations in Zagreb.

For the shopping center located in Varžadin the construction will start most probable in autumn. LJG as a known specialist in the area of shopping centers is natural again on board.

In the first half-year 2011 all existing maintenance contracts were extended for a further year. Among others our main long-term customers are BAUHAUS and KIKA. Also some new customers could be gained. LSG is growing in the field of services and maintenance continuously and developed to one of the leading Life Cycle Partners in Croatia.

“At last” so stated most Croats, H&M arrived in Croatia! After the fabulous opening of a city location in Zagreb, two locations in Split and Zagreb were contacted by LSG.

LJG constructs the Kids Jungle in split and Zagreb for Veseli Kutak. The Kids Jungle was introduced as a new brand into Croatia and belongs already now to the best known in the country.

LJG constructed a hypermarket for the Spar group in Split to latest state of technique. Due to the positive experiences in Split, the customer decided to contract the follow up project in Zagreb again with LJG.
In our scope are the entire building services as well as the security systems. Not only the construction itself but also design and coordination are in our responsibility.

After successful finish of the extension in City Center One in Zagreb and the project in Split, LJG Building Solutions is chosen as general contractor for M&E services in City Center One Zagreb Žitnjak.

LJG constructs in total 7 cinemas in Split for the Austrian Cineplexx Group. Newest projection technique and sound systems as well as tight time schedule are the main the challenges in this contract.
