Suntem angaja\u021bi ca antreprenor principal pentru toate lucr\u0103rile, care includ: lucr\u0103ri de construc\u021bie. sprinklere, \u00eenc\u0103lzire, r\u0103cire \u0219i ventila\u021bie, alimentare cu ap\u0103 \u0219i canalizare precum \u0219i instala\u021bii electrice.<\/p>\n<p>Hotelul va avea 49 de camere cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 80 de paturi \u0219i facilit\u0103\u021bi conexe in la subsol \u0219i parter (camere pentru angaja\u021bii hotelului, depozite, \u00eenc\u0103peri tehnice, buc\u0103t\u0103rie cu restaurant pentru oaspe\u021bi, wellness \u0219i SPA, fitness \u0219i garaj hotel cu 23 de locuri de parcare. ).
