On the basis of the Joint Merger Plan (at the same time the Merger Agreement) dated March 18, 2024, the company DANUBIA GRUPA d.o.o. for services and trade with headquarters in Zagreb (City of Zagreb, Karlovačka cesta 203A, registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb on the registration insert with the registration subject number (MBS) 080766643, Croatian PIN (OIB) 58793340873, EUID HRSR.080766643 intends to cross-border join the company LSG Group GmbH with headquarters in Vienna, Gorskistraβe 13, entered in the register of the Commercial Court in Vienna under number FN 358021 b.

The Joint Merger Plan (at the same time the Merger Agreement) together with all the necessary documents was submitted to the Commercial Court in Vienna on March 19, 2024 under number 75 Fr 10567/24 z – 2 and the Commercial Court in Zagreb on April 12, 2024 under number Tt-24/15980.

Na temelju Zajedničkog plana pripajanja (istovremeno Ugovor o pripajanju) od 18.03.2024. godine društvo DANUBIA GRUPA d.o.o. za usluge i trgovinu sa sjedištem u Zagrebu (Grad Zagreb, Karlovačka cesta 203A, upisano u sudski registar Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu na registarskom ulošku s matičnim brojem subjekta upisa (MBS) 080766643, OIB 58793340873, EUID HRSR.080766643 ima namjeru prekogranično se pripojiti društvu LSG Group GmbH sa sjedištem u Beču, Gorskistraβe 13, upisano u registar Trgovačkog suda u Beču pod brojem FN 358021 b.

Zajednički plan pripajanja (istovremeno Ugovor o pripajanju) zajedno sa svim potrebnim ispravama predan je Trgovačkom sudu u Beču dana 19.03.2024. godine pod brojem 75 Fr 10567/24 z – 2 i Trgovačkom sudu u Zagrebu dana 12.04.2024. godine pod brojem Tt-24/15980.
