Project
A state-of-the art office building was constructed for the Employment Service of Vienna’s 9th district. It has eight floors, includes a garage as well as 58 offices. Every floor features a community room/ kitchen, a copy room, restrooms, including a restroom for the disabled. The ground floor houses the reception and information area while the top floor accommodates a function room and an archive.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install a ventilation system, controlled office ventilation in each room, air conditioning for the server room, distribution of thermal heat leading from the control room, installation of sanitary facilities and of a wet hydrant duct.

Furthermore the execution of the contract comprised the submission of the planned ventilation system and the garage air output, gaining official approval, implementation and extensive on-site training.
