On 450m2 of office space on the 8th floor in the Zagreb Tower building with the company Bayer`s d.o.o. it is contracted„Design and Build – Fit-out Office Zagreb“.

Scope of Services

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. was responsible for designing, obtaining permits, performing construction artisanal works (walls, floors, ceilings and glass walls), strong and weak electrical currents, thermotechnical installations: heating and ventilation, fire alarm, sprinklers and water supply and drainage.

Highlights

It was a challenge on the project that the other tenants in the building worked smoothly during the execution of the works. It was necessary to ensure safe and smooth work for everyone and at the same time perform demanding reconstruction works in order to meet the deadline.
