Project
In the footprint of the old Liesing Brewery an ambitious project  was undertaken to integrate the pre-existing green spaces with 600 subsidized and privately-financed apartments, exhibiting the high quality of life and comforts of modern living standards.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to do the entire utilities management and was responsible for the delivery and installation of the heating system (Vienna district heating), the ventilation system and the plumbing facilities. The contract comprised the design, execution and initial operation phase of all the systems.

Highlights
There was an intense coordination effort because of the various developers, architects and contracting companies. We were able to support all of the stakeholders through our years of competence and flexibility.  Mounting the ventilating system on the roof was one of the great challenges of this project. A great deal of focus on process management was required due to the number of individual units and all the special requests.
