Project

The above project was built in Vienna and comprised a ground floor with delivery dock, warehouse and laboratory, with an upper floor with offices and conference rooms.

Scope of work

Construction plan and build-out of the heating, ventilation system and climate control HV/AC unit in addition to an automated building management system. For the employees ideal comfort zone an additional air conditioning system was install on the roof for the offices.
