City Center One has added another location in Zagreb to its list, having thereby reaffirmed its leading position in the retail market in Zagreb, as well as in Croatia.

Scope of Services
The LSG company was engaged to design and build the complete technical equipment of the building and it thus took over one of the key roles in this complex project.

Highlights
By engagement of all the participants in the project, we managed to complete the project in the planned term, thereby opening another chapter in our chronology of success. By this project, we also “brought life” to the eastern part of the city, which was missing exactly a centre like this.
