With the City Center One in Split, Kaufmann Group confirms their leading position on the retail market in Croatia. The project itself sets new standards, not only in Split but in the entire Croatia.

Scope of Services
LSG was contracted for designing and construction of the total building service equipment, and has thus taken over one of the key roles in this complex project.

Surface area: 180.000 m2
Cables laid: 850 km
Fire detectors: 2.600 pcs.
Sprinklers: 14.000 pcs.
Electrical connection: 10 MW
Ventilation capacity: 1.000.000 m3/h
Cooling capacity: 7 MW

Highlights
Not only the tight time schedule also the lacking infrastructure during the construction period represented a challenge for the project team and logistic.
Thanks to the effort made by all participants in the project, we have managed to keep the opening date and thus closed another chapter in our chronology of success.
