A new DEHNER garden center is being built opposite the Auhof Center. LSG was able to convince with the overall building services package and is constructing the technical building equipment for Dehner.

After signing the contract for the ET and HVAC work, the planning of the garden center is already underway. This store is something special, it will be built with underground parking for 148 cars. The large glass house, the extensive glass fronts and the covered open spaces make the combination of statics and technology a balancing act.

For the first time, Dehner is using renewable energy in this project and is making the roof of the building available to a photovoltaic power plant operator. The energy available as a result can be used to power the VRV system for heating and cooling, which is also being used for the first time, saving energy costs and reducing CO2 emissions. There will also be a well-developed charging station facility. From an electrotechnical point of view, there is an increased need for facilities such as security lighting, a fire alarm system and an evacuation system due to the large areas involved. An exciting project is in the pipeline for the second half of 2022.
