Project
The “Gesundheitsquartier” (building lot C.22.A) developed in the western part of the urban development area called “Sonnwendviertel” in Viennas 10th district. 31 privately financed condominium flats from 48 to 126 square meter were built on five floors in the total seven storeys high building. On ground level and the basement commercial areas with conference rooms and leisure areas were constructed.

Highlights
Healthy living embedded in green environment was in focus for the building in the Maria-Lassnig-Street 36:

Wood was an important component in the CO2-binding hybrid contruction technology of the building. The facade is covered with natural wood.

This causes extraordinary mounting conditions for building services and electrical installation. A building with that huge amount of wooden construction brings a challenge for installation, fire prevention and construction. No problem for LSG.
