Since 2012 LSG is working for several food discounter in Austria. Troubleshooting service, storage refurbishment, new construction, Rollouts across Austria and maintenance – there is a wide variety of work.

Primary part of the project management in this market sector is definitely adherence to schedules and quality of works. Through to extremely tight schedules and close interlinking through the crafts an attentive planning an strictly adherence to deadlines are necessary. Even small delays can spoil the completion and market opening.

Highlights
Additional to more than 70 exciting installations and refurbishments of stores, LSG did an big amount of rollouts across Austria. More than 400 stores has been visited. Further we are contracted for the electrical installation for the build-up and extention of two subsidiaries for logistic. About 5 million € order volume are targeted for realisation in only two years. One project is nearly completed.
