Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora is an exclusive family hotel within the Punta Skala Resort, which was upgraded from a 4-star hotel to a 5-star hotel during the reconstruction.

Scope of Services
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. was in charge of the complete reconstruction of electrical and mechanical installations together with accompanying plasterboard works with the aim of upgrading to a 5-star hotel. The reconstruction included 249 rooms, as well as the public areas of the reception and lobby, restaurant, bar, softplay game room, SPA area, public toilets and terrace.

renovation of ventilation, heating and cooling systems in all rooms
2,000 m2 of suspended ceilings in the corridors with replacement of lighting fixtures and ventilation grilles in them
Dismantling of existing and performing all new installations in public spaces
