The four star hotel Park Royal Palace Vienna is situated right next to the technical museum at the corner of the Schloßstraße and Mariahilfer Straße. The hotel has 212 rooms and 21 suites. Each suite has its own terrace and view to the Schönbrunn Palace. You also will find a 606 m² ballroom with day light, 6 Conference rooms, an exclusive à la carte restaurant. Not to be forgotten is the hotel bar, spa and fitness area.

Scope of Work
LSG was contracted as a partner for refrigeration and thermostat technology. Our scope of delivery therefore included the cooling incl. control, the pipe installation on all levels, delivery and installation of all fan coil units and the whole building automation. The contract comprised the design, execution and initial operation phase.

Highlights
The state-of-the-art building is not just significant due to its technical innovation, but also due to its architectural characteristics. Beginning with the façade the building sets a striking tone. A band of golden panels covers the whole hotel and serves as sun protection as well.
