Highlights
The biggest challenge of the project was the short implementation time of  2,5 month. The Building got a LEED-Certificate which is a rarity for a building-structure with an age of more than 100 years. The expansion of the 186 rooms in 5 categories, home cinema,  café & bar and the rooftop terrace was commissioned directly by the hotel operator. High-quality equipment, a lot of attention to detail and special passion for individuality and creativity makes the hotel to a meeting place of the creative scene.
