The new resort The Isolano from the Autograph Collection by Marriott chain on Cres is located by the beach, has 49 rooms, two outdoor heated pools, a beach bar, an event hall, several restaurants, and a wellness and SPA center. Built on the attractive location of the former Šumica entertainment center, just twenty meters from the promenade.

Scope of Services
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. is with the company Valdarke d.o.o. signed a contract on the execution of building and installation works for a 4-star hotel in Cres according to the “turnkey” system. We are engaged as the main contractor for all works, which include: construction and trade works, sprinkler, heating, cooling and ventilation, water supply and sewerage, and electrical installations.

Natural materials such as stone and wood have been used to create a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, providing guests with a true experience of staying in harmony with nature. The hotel is equipped with highly functional solutions, so guests can access their rooms using smartphones, without the need for physical keys, providing them with additional convenience and security. The rooms are also equipped with advanced technology, including smart TVs and automated lighting and temperature controls, allowing guests to customize the space for maximum comfort.

Highlights
The hotel began operations in mid-October. With such large and complex investments, deadlines are often pushed back due to the difficult logistics involved, including ferry transportation and the location of the island itself.
