Project
The company of LSG accompanies the Leder&Schuh Group, better known under their trade name Humanic, in their expansion in Croatia. Until today, all their shops in Croatia have been established with LSG as the main contractor for building service equipment.

Scope of Services
Execution and installation of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, as well as electrical services, were in our scope of services. Thanks to the good cooperation during the construction, LSG was also contracted for maintenance of the building service equipment, whereby our life-cycle competence was emphasized again.

• Surface area (added up until 04/2011): 5.800 m2
• Electrical wiring works: 450 kW
• Ventilation capacity: 85.000 m3/h
• Cooling capacity: 540 kW

Highlights
Humanic shops surely belong, especially because of high demands regarding design, to the most complex shop constructions.
Short terms in shop building belong to our everyday job. Especially in the last days before opening, coordination of construction with decorators was inevitable. Until now, we have managed, together with the employees of Leder&Schuh, to keep all the opening dates.
