LSG Building Solution was contracted to realize the entire building services for the restoration of the Iraqui Embassy in Vienna.
This project underlines LSG Building Solutions’ position on the market as a full-service provider in the building services branch.
Scope of Work
As part of the construction process the building located in Johannesgasse 26 in Vienna‘s 1st district has been newly equipped with

sanitary facilities
low-current and high-voltage power systems
security technology
physical security
spa facilities

Highlights
Outstanding is the 12m chandelier made from Murano glas which spans over three floors. All windows, including the historic host, have been equipped with glass breakage detectors.
The indoor pool under the pompous stairs is yet another highlight of this project. To carry out this project the basement had to be excavated 12m deep. The whole arrangement of the wiring in the basement had to be installed in the ground under the bottom slab.
Heating and Cooling happen via VRV system. Therefor all the necessary pipes had to be installed in the fill under the landmarked parquet of each floor. All the wiring had to be installed this way as well. As a result each piece of equipment can be controlled via touch panel in the security room.
