Project
The project Metropolis Center is situated in the heart of Bucharest and consists of ca. 11.000 m2 rentable class A office space, a 4 star hotel with 78 rooms from the Starlight-group and around 3.500 m2 shop areas in the ground floor with a super market, a restaurant, café, etc..

Scope of Services
We were directly contracted by the owner as general contractor for the complete technical infrastructure, beneath company Strabag  as general contractor for construction works. The order included the electrical systems, low current systems, ventilation, heating, cooling systems, sanitary installations, fire protection and covered the complete design, execution and commissioning of the systems.

Highlights
The construction works were really difficult, due to the fact that the project was partially classified as a historical monument.

During the completion of the project we had the chance to realize also many tenant fit outs, some of them including also construction works, like DLA PIPER, PAREXEL, EBRD, MEGA IMAGE, BOEHRINGER-INGELHEIM, etc.
