Highlights
The projectplannedconstractionof a 3-store salescenterfor textiles incl. office, utilityroomsandplumbinggroups. The buildingconsistsof a lowerandtwoupperfloors, theverticalcirculationis via an internal staircase, an elevatorand a staircaseinvestment in theretailspace. All escaperoutesdirectlytothe outside. The technicalinstallationsarehoused in thespacebefore – eenpremises on thegroundfloor, whichisheatedby a VRV-system withlow-temperatureheating. The buildingstructureconsistsof a „Stahlbetonskelet“ withfacadepanelsandcavity wall constructions, aswellas a flat roofconstruction. In the western partoftheplot, thecarparkingspaces, in the northern partofthedeliverytruckisbuilt.
