The franchise location Nespresso at Graben is made up of 3 floors, a basement, floor and upper level. Through the requisite renovation, the building technical services were brought up to date.

Scope of work
Manufacture a cold water installation, ventilation system, heating system and plumbing. The sales rooms on the first and second floors were divided into three climate-control zones.
