The E-Real Liegenschaftsverwaltung GmbH erected in the Museumstraße27-29, Linz, a 4-storey office building and a 2-level underground parking garage with approximately 34 parking spaces. Our client is the PORR, which has received from the client a general contracting. Our scope of supply comprises the earthing and lightning protection system, the E-feed, the low voltage distribution including sub-distribution, the entire light and power installation, the complete low power installation, the supply and installation of lighting fixtures, traffic lights, a video intercom, a central battery system, and the provision for the HVAC systems, etc.
