IMMO Kapitalanlage AG
The building lies in the heart of the school district of Wiesbaden in the German region of Hessen. The aim was to change the looks from a unloving office block to an eye catcher in its surrounding. Additionally to the glass façade and the opening in the ceiling in the foyer to an atrium the whole technical infrastructure inside was equipped with the most modern technology. The division into modern rentable sections was made possible by the use of a flexible electro technical infrastructure.
