Scope of Services:
The company LSG took a crucial role on this complex project, and was engaged as the main contractor for the design and construction to the completion of the entire building. The hotel is known as the “Old Mill”, and is approximately 25,000 square meters, it is located between BIGZ and the Mostar intersection. It offers guests 236 rooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, conference room, parking (indoor and outdoor),spa…As part of the cultural heritage of the city, Radisson Blu kept the spirit and architecture of the Old Mill.

Highlights:
Hotel “Radisson Blu Old Mill”, consists of “old part” (theOld Mill building) and “new” parts(commercial buildings) and has a total of 236 accommodation units (rooms and suites). 370,085 pieces of brick from the former old mill was used in the walls of the hotel rooms.
