Project
During the full development of City Center One in Zagreb, two new shops for Peek & Cloppenburg Group were constructed. It was the matter of a highly demanding McNeal shop and one Review shop. After these two shops, LSG has also constructed the Peek & Cloppenburg shop at West Gate near Zagreb. 

Scope of Services
Execution and installation of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, as well as electrical services, were in our scope of services. Thanks to the good cooperation during the construction, LSG was also contracted for maintenance of the building service equipment, whereby our life-cycle competence was emphasized again.

Surface area (added up until 04/2011): 5.200 m2
Electrical wiring works: 420 kW
Ventilation capacity: 78.000 m3/h
Cooling capacity: 520 kW

Highlights
The standards of Peek & Cloppenburg as regards installation technique are very complex and are used in all their shops. Especially in McNeal shop, where a new shop concept is being implemented, detailed coordination represented a challenge for the project team.

In spite of high demands and short completion dates, until today all the shops have been opened timely, and also cooperation with other projects, which have been, at that time, in the designing phase, has been expanded.
