Project
The project Premium Point is situated in Str.Buzesti, near the Victoria Square in Bucharest and consists of ca. 6.500 m2 rentable class A office space.

Scope of Services
We were directly contracted by the owner as general contractor for the installations works. The order included the electrical systems, low current systems, ventilation, heating, cooling systems, sanitary installations, fire protection and covered the complete design, execution and commissioning of the systems.

Electrical wiring works:  1.250 kVA
Ventilation capacity:  32.000 m3/h
Cooling capacity:  900 kW
Completion:  July  2009

Highlights
After sucessful completion of the Premium Plaza project, the beneficiary awarded us with a direct contract for this project, requesting a very high quality standard, exceeding those from other class A buildings on the market.

During the completion of the project we had the chance to realize also many tenant fit outs, like AVIVA, FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS, THOMSON REUTERS, etc.
