Project
Ten low-energy terraced houses of a size between 118m ² and 126m ² were built. Each of those has a basement and two designated parking spaces. On the ground floor is an open living room and kitchen and a spacious terrace with a garden to the west side. The upper floor features two or three bedrooms and a generous bathroom. The expanded attic has additional space for a workshop, a guest room or a bright and cheerful children’s play area.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems as well as sanitary facilities.

Highlights
The terraced houses were built in groups of each 3, 4 and 3. The complex is located in a beautiful residential area, near the town center. In its immediate vicinity are the foothills of the national park Lobau.
