Project
Aside to a few office buildings a new multifunctional complex named Building C arised on the site of the formerly Waagner Biro industrial zone. Subjacent a single-storey garage combines the building structure in the underground. A nursing home, student residences, a supermarket and a restaurant are hosted in the complex.

Highlights
STAR – location development for Vienna – an initiative with the primary goal of real estate development as catalysing issue for expansion of the economic location and improvement of the quality of life in Vienna. The open designed complex with multiple approaches convinces with spacious landscape gardening areas and a central piazza structured as quiet and relaxing zones.
