A spacious residential complex of 125 housing units were solidly built on Erhzerzog-Karl-Str. with strong emphasis on a diverse supply of housing concepts, both in terms of size as well as equipment. Generous green spaces in and around the complex offer a high quality of life.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install a heating system with a connection to the district heating, sanitary facilities and the construction of a smoke-heat ventilation system incl. CO2 exhaust for the garage.
Furthermore the contract comprised the execution of the pressure ventilation system for a modern security concept and thus created a high level of security. We were also responsible for handling official submissions, gaining approvals as well as the processing and execution of the resulting higher-level customer requests regarding our services.
