Project
The residential neighbourhood with 133 apartments (55 freehold apartments and 78 flats) consists of overall six different buildings which are partet in two construction stages (Erlengrund East and Erlengrund Mid). Both blocks are combined by the underground parking. The complex is seeded directly on Straßganger Street in the western part of Graz and is part of the large scaled municipal master plan for the plot around caste Saint Martin.
