Opening of BEO Shopping Center

The grand opening of the Beo shopping center, located in Zvezdara on the corner of Vojislav Ilić and Miss Irbijeva, was scheduled for the beginning of April this year. The opening has been postponed to the end of June 2020 due to the corona crisis.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. performed works for the following premises:

1) Starbucks – for the investor Amrest d.o.o.

1. Three Starbucks in a row were opened in Serbia
2. We performed the works as a general contractor
3. A total of 133m2 and 60m2 terrace

2) Galileo – Investor Monile d.o.o.

1. We performed the works as a general contractor
2. A total of 254m2

3) Tom Tailor – investor Tom Tailor d.o.o.

1. We performed the works as a general contractor
2. 189m2

4) Peek & Cloppenburg – investor SMB Construction

1. We performed electrical work
2. The first store in Serbia
3. On 2 floors
4. Approx. 3600m2
5. Specifics: Cabling, lighting is instlled with prefabricated cables from the manufacturer “WAGO” that are delivered with the correct size and with a suitable lighting adapter from Ansorg.

5) Ecco – investor Visuelse construction kft d.o.o.

1. We performed electrical and mechanical installations
