Project
The existing shopping center City Center One has been expanded by 60,000 m2 and thereby ensured the leading position in Zagreb. Already during designing, we have paid great attention to the latest technologies and efficient energy consumption.

Scope of Services
LSG was contracted for designing and construction of the total building service equipment, and has thus taken over one of the key roles in this complex project.

Highlights
During the whole construction, the Center was operating, which represented a great challenge for the whole team. Close cooperation with all contracted companies, detailed time planning and constant coordination of all participants in the project have ensured the completion within the agreed term.
