Project
The arrival of a large entrepreneur, the Austrian aeronautical company FACC, had a great impact on all segments of life in the municipality of Jakovlje and beyond. The factory produces parts for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Rolls-Royce. It is also planned to employ about 450 workers. The FACC Company announced the Croatian investment in the middle of 2019. According to the plans presented at the time, the plant was supposed to be completed in March 2021 and start producing cabinet components for commercial and business aircraft using advanced technology and composite materials, but there were changes in project documentation and delays in obtaining building permits.

Scope of works
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. in conjunction with Strabag d.o.o. contracted the installation of the  heating, plumbing and drainage, internal and external hydrant networks, sprinkler systems, ventilation, cooling, fire protection, 20 / 0.4kV transformer stations, electrical installations, fire alarm systems and MSR.

Highlights
The main challenge on this project for both the investor and for us is the crisis in the aviation industry caused by the global pandemic.
