Project
The Globalworth Campus is a complex with two buildings, each of them with 2Bs + GF + 12F + Tech Floor, situated on 6G, Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd, Bucharest. The total area of the buildings is 59.000 m2, with a rentable area of approx. 45.000 m2.

Scope of Services
The scope of work of our contract included execution works for the following types of installations: potable water supply and sewage, heating, cooling, ventilation, smoke exhaust, fire protection system with sprinklers, hydrants and open sprinklers as well as external sewage network.

Highlights
The project started with the construction of building A already in 2016 followed by an interruption requested by the investor until end of 2016. LSG started end of 2016 with the installation works of building A and managed to finish the works within only 5-6 months. Also the construction works for building B restarted with a delay in spring 2017 and LSG had to manage again the challenge to complete building B within a few months only.
