The house, situated in the luxurious district of Burnham (England) in the middle of a beech forest, is being remodeled according to the wishes of the new owner. Besides all the spacious changes and the installation of a cooling system, all the main areas are being equipped with audio and video controlled by a central system.

Scope of Services
LJG was hired  for the whole MEP work including the electrical power supply or rather the energy distribution, the adaptation of all the sanitary installation and the fitting for all the venting systems for the cooling system. The contract comprises the design, the execution and the operating of the all the systems.

Highlights
Besides the challenges integrating the technical systems into the existing structure of the building concerning the interior design, we also had to put into consideration the necessary cabling of the central audio and video system, which consist of high-end loudspeaker cables, data cables Cat6 and light wave conductors. At the same time the whole property will have its own emergency power supply, consisting of a generator and a an uninterruptible power supply.
