Project

LSG company accompanies KIKA Group from the very beginnings, i.e. since KIKA has come to Croatia. LSG manages the maintenance of all shops, and has performed, as  main contractor, reconstruction of the existing building, the former Merkur, in Rijeka.

Scope of Services

Our scope of work included installation and manufacture of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation  systems, electrical technique, as well as all the construction and artisan works.

Key Figures

• Surface area: 4000 m2

• Ventilation capacity: 45,000 m3/h
• Cooling capacity: 400 kW

Highlights

Reconstructions require a special involvement at any moment. Only during the very work process, numerous  inadequacies of the existing installations are being discovered. A challenge for LSG has by all means been the fact that we have undertaken construction and artisan works, which we are performing very rarely, and that to a smaller volume. The building has been completed to the satisfaction of all the participants in this Project.
