Project
The BRIDGE I is a building with 2Bs + GF + 10F + Tech Floor, situated on 15, Orhideelor Street, Bucharest.  The total area of the building is 51.000 m2, with a  rentable area of aprox. 36.800 m2. The total value of contracted installations works amounts to EUR 11,5 million.

Scope of Services
The scope of work included design&build for the following types of installations: electrical systems, water supply and sewage, heating, cooling, fire protection system, sprinkler, hydrants, low current systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, etc.), building management system, facade lighting as well as external mechanical and electrical installations.

Highlights
High demands in terms of quality and the tight execution time that included fit-outs for BCR bank and IBM were a major challenge. LSG Romania  realized the project with a professional management team and thus ensured the construction of a new emblematic building that takes its place in a small group of exceptional buildings for Bucharest.
