Deutsch Wagram is a small community on the northeastern outskirts of Vienna. It is a privately-financed, privately-owned 23 unit upscale housing development with solar heating.

Scope of Work
We were the contracting partner for the entire building services. Our responsibilities included the delivery and construction of all heating, ventilation and plumbing systems.

Highlights
Water temperature of the heating units was maintained using a high-efficiency solar panel to provide long-term cost savings to the home owner.  Underground two car garage featured cutting edge safety features such as smoke and heat venting system as well as a CO² alarm system.
