The housing development with 252 apartments, 7 businesses, as well as underground parking for 259 cars, is located where the old Bombardier site was between Donaufelderstrasse and Satzingerweg.

Scope of Work

The contract consisted of the detailed planning, and execution of the electrical systems including:
High voltage systems
Emergency and security lighting systems
Fireproofing
Fire alarm system
Emergency call systems
Antenna hardware
Entry telecom system
Lightning protection system
