The residential complex Erdbergstraße 17 consists of 3 major tracts with two basement levels and several stairways, a ground floor and up to seven storys including an attic. There are 73  light-filled condominiums incl. balconies. Staircase 1 is connected to the adjacent restored and expanded Schubert tower, where in 1816, the world premiere of the Prometheus cantata was held.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install the heating system, the sanitary facilities and smoke-heat ventilation including CO2 exhaust for the garage. We were also responsible for official submission and approval as well as dealing with all customer service requests regarding HVAC.
