Project
Since the middle of the 19th century until 2002, the Mautner-Markhof-site has been production site for yeast, vinegar, mustard, spirit drinks and liquor. On this old area modern living flats, two office units and shared areas arised in the building complex 3, the global park among other projects. A subterranian garage combines the four complexes in the underground.

Highlights
The housing complex with its two business units has been built in accordance with bauXund chemicals management and avoidance of climate threatening substances. Technical basics at high standard are required for a passive house design with controlled residential ventilation to achive optimum quality of living.
