The existing and somewhat mature house had a further 3 levels added to the top. 14 units were renovated or rebuilt.

We were contracted to install the heating and ventilation system and sanitary facilities.

Highlights
The entire building was rebuilt, only the pipes within the apartments and on business premises were preserved. Yet, preparations have been undertaken to facilitate their replacement at a later date.
