The part of the new building which faces the street will consist of seven floors with a two-story attic and will include 22 apartments with a size from about 40m ² to 145m ². All apartments have an open space to their west side. The residential complex has a road-side section designed as a seven-story building with a two-story loft. It also features a converted landscaped courtyard on its ground floor. Additionally,  a parking garage with 33 parking spaces was built.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install the heating and ventilation systems as well as sanitary facilities and control technology. Thus we were also responsible for heat-generating, the installation of pipes on each level and of the individual apartments. The contract involves the detailed design, construction and initial operation phase of all systems .

Highlights
The building features an atrium with a garden-type courtyard. Its architecture is appealing and only superior materials and equipment have been used for its construction. Take the quiet surroundings and lots of green spaces and you will get a very high quality of life .
