Project
We have been contracted by the general contractor Pongratz as subcontractor for the electrical installations of 10 residential areas and 8 serial houses on Bernreiterplatz 5 in 1210 Vienna. Flats, lodges and penthouse-apartments with a living space of 87 to 160m² and attached terrace, gallery and seperate garden spaces arise  fully privately financed.

Highlights
Aside to family friendly home planning and design, careful outcarrying and application of high-grade materials, there are total new solutions in the focus the building. Each serial house, every apartment and maisonette were styled individually by a viennese architectural office and designed state-of-the-art.
