We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) expansion project, achieved through the addition of 75 MWh of new storage capacity.
The project was completed in December 2025, in full compliance with all contractual deadlines, demonstrating the team’s commitment to delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions.
As a result of this expansion, the total energy storage capacity of the project has reached 115 MWh, enhancing operational flexibility and enabling more efficient energy integration into the system.
The installation is currently in the testing phase, a critical stage for validating technical performance and the full integration of the new capacity.

Considering the positive feedback from the market, reflected in the high number of units sold in Phase I of the Vienna Parkside Residence project, the decision has been made to commence Phase II of the project.
Phase II of Vienna Parkside Residence includes two mixed-use buildings featuring residential units, ground-floor commercial spaces, underground and above-ground parking for both residents and visitors, as well as relaxation areas. The two residential buildings, C2 – S+P+12F + Technical Floor and C3 – S+P+11F + Technical Floor, will together offer a total of 366 accommodation units, comprising studios, apartments with two, three and four rooms apartments, and even penthouse units.
LSG Building Solutions remains the general contractor for Phase II and promises that this project will stand out in the residential landscape for its quality, sustainability, high energy efficiency, and use of renewable energy. The project complies with nZEB standards and is pre-certified GREEN HOME. Its uniqueness lies in the implementation of a photovoltaic system for each apartment with two, three and four rooms, connected to its own electrical panel, turning residents into energy prosumers.

We are pleased to announce that, last week, we marked an important milestone in the evolution of the Vienna Parkside Residence project: the completion of the structural works for Phase I. This key stage was successfully finalized according to the planned schedule, reaffirming our strong commintment to quality, reliability and meeting all established deadlines.
The event was celebrated right on the construction site, together with the entire project team – from engineers and coordinators to the workers who contribute every day to the building of this residential complex. It was a sincere moment of appreciation for the hard work and the team spirit that defines us.
We are also pleased to announce that, Starting June 2025, construction works for Phase II of the project have officially begun. We continue the development with the same dedication and professionalism that represent the core values of our company.

LSG Zagreb and LSG Belgrade are jointly working on a new project – the refurbishment of the XXXLutz store, formerly Kika, in Mistelbach (Austria).
As part of the project, LSG is responsible for the execution of all mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring high technical and quality standards of implementation.
The total area of the building to be refurbished is approximately 11,000 m². The project is another example of successful regional cooperation and the strengthening of LSG’s presence on the international market.

Thanks to the first completed Scania project in Lučko, Zagreb – Croatia, work has been contracted on a new Scania project in Maribor in our neighboring Slovenia.
It is a building of a truck sales and service agency in Maribor. The works of reconstruction of all mechanical and electrical plants (automation for mechanical equipment) have been contracted.
The project includes the reconstruction of the existing building on 3000 m2.
The works started in May 2024, and the planned completion is September 2024.
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has successfully completed the fit-out of fast-food restaurant premises under the Chinese Food brand in Split and at the CCO West shopping center in Zagreb for its client ZHU MEIFANG d.o.o.
In addition, together with the existing partner, the planning and acquisition of all required permits for new locations at the MAX CITY shopping center in Pula and at Kaufland in Sesvete have been agreed upon, thereby continuing the successful cooperation.
We would like to thank our client for the trust placed in us regarding the agreed works, which will be followed by the execution of works at the aforementioned locations.
Renovation of the “KunstHauswien. Museum Hundertwasser” is on the home stretch!
Our work, which started last summer, is on schedule for the planned reopening at the end of February. Our team has done a great job.

Completion of the CS Caritas Socialis nursing home in Kalksburg at Mackgasse 1, in Vienna’s 23rd district! A modern nursing home was realized in the period from July 2021 – October 2023 with special consideration for ecological factors such as the sustainable energy balance of the building.
