LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. is with the company Valdarke d.o.o. signed a contract on the execution of building and installation works for a 4-star hotel in Cres according to the “turnkey” system. We are engaged as the main contractor for all works, which include: construction and trade works, sprinkler, heating, cooling and ventilation, water supply and sewerage, and electrical installations.

The hotel will have 49 rooms with up to 80 beds and accompanying facilities in the basement and ground floor (rooms for hotel employees, storage rooms, technical rooms, kitchen with restaurant for guests, wellness and SPA, fitness and hotel garage with 23 parking spaces). It will be built on the attractive location of the former entertainment center Šumica, only twenty meters from the promenade.

The planned completion of the works is April, 2024.
