The CEM Carani Hybrid Power Plant, consisting of a 56 MWp photovoltaic park and a 68.8 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) – the first of its kind in Romania – has obtained the Certificate of Conformity and is currently undergoing testing for Qualification in secondary frequency regulation services (aFRR).
