Highlights
Fo Guang Shan is a global organization. Over decades temples and organizations have been established in 173 countries on five continents, managed by 1.300 monks and nuns. The Order Fo Guang Shan promotes education and social services. It supports the maintenance and establishment of public universities, Buddhist colleges, libraries, publishing houses, translation agencies, Buddhist art galleries, tea houses and mobile medical clinics throughout the world.
