Highlights
Originally, the appearance of horizontal bands of glass and washed concrete facade panels. The new facade consists of floor to ceiling glass and horizontally structured surfaces within a regularly arranged column grid. The EC zone is further emphasized with vertical glass elements.
In the garage 41 parking spaces and 10 bicycle parking will be available after the rebuild. Thus, the number of car parking spaces could be doubled.
